With many years of experience in UK Immigration Law, Mr Haque has a deep and detailed knowledge of important areas such as Business Immigration, the Points-Based System, the EU Settlement Scheme, Indefinite Leave to Remain, and British Nationality law. His expertise and thoughtful approach have helped many clients successfully navigate complex legal processes.
Mr Haque completed his LLB from the prestigious University of London in 2005, where he received an academic ”award” by the University. He then, in 2006 – 2007, undertook the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law, City University, where he received an overall grade of “Very Competent” and achieved the grade of “Outstanding” in Civil and Criminal Litigation. He later completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) with Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Law, graduating with ”Distinction”.
He was called to the Bar by Lincoln’s Inn in 2007 but chose to practise as a solicitor, where he continues to serve his clients with professionalism and dedication.
